On a recent trip to a clothing store, as typical consumer, I brought my selections of clothing to the fitting room to try on. I was elated to find a call button within the dressing room and surprised that I had never encountered one before. I thought to myself “A call button in the fitting room, this is brilliant!” Most people would agree that trying on clothing is a daunting task. I can’t imagine how many times I’ve abandoned a purchase because I couldn’t be bothered with the process of redressing and searching one more time for another size or color. Consumer oriented technology equals improved sales, sounds like a win-win collaboration… until the credit card statement arrives!
