Here at WCA, one of the things we are most proud of as a company is the longevity of our employees. With the average American worker spending just an average of 4.6 years at his/her job, WCA can boast that more than 20% of our employees have been here 20 years or longer!
On Friday, December 14th, we honored all of those with 3 or more years of service to WCA by hosting a celebration acknowledging the years of service our dedicated employees have given us. We truly believe that the cornerstone of success is the cultivation of sustained employees. We are extremely proud of our work culture, work-life balance and contribution our employees make to our customers every day!
