SOUTHWICK, MA – Whalley Computer Associates, Inc. (WCA) is proud to announce the promotion of Justin Martins to the position of Director of Sales.
Martins brings 17 years of industry experience and a strong history with WCA, having originally joined the company in 2010 as an Account Executive. After leaving in 2017 to focus on delivering Data Center solutions—including Cloud and Managed Services—he returned to WCA in early 2024 as a Strategic Account Executive.
“I’m truly honored to step into the role of Director of Sales at WCA,” said Martins. “We have an incredibly dedicated and experienced sales team that always puts our customers first. I’m excited to build on that momentum—strengthening relationships with our current clients and demonstrating the value WCA can bring to new ones.”
Martins reports directly to Bill Oleksak, Vice President of Sales and Services, who shared his confidence in the appointment: “Justin brings a unique technical expertise and leadership experience but also a genuine commitment to customer success. His return to WCA has already made a positive impact, and we’re excited to see him lead our sales organization into its next chapter.”

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Martins is a dedicated family man. He has been married since 2016 and is the proud father of two children, ages 7 and 3. His ability to balance personal and professional priorities underscores the leadership and values he brings to his new role.
