Mike Sheil has been a dedicated leader at Whalley Computer Associates since beginning his career with the company in 1988. A graduate of North Adams State College, he built an accomplished sales career and earned recognition as WCA's top sales performer 18 times throughout his tenure.


In June 2020, he was named President with a vision to accelerate the company's growth while maintaining its commitment to exceptional customer service. Under his leadership, WCA successfully navigated the challenges of the global pandemic, expanded to more than 200 employees, and completed the construction and opening of an 85,000-square-foot warehouse facility, significantly enhancing the company's operational capabilities and capacity for future growth.


A respected voice in the technology industry, he serves on several industry advisory boards, helping to shape strategies and foster innovation across the channel.


Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and cheering on his favorite New England sports teams.


Tom Hanson

Tom Hanson is part of Whalley Computer Associate’s executive management team and focuses primarily on business process improvements. Tom started his career at WCA over 40 years ago and has been an integral part of the company’s long-term growth and success. He’s especially proud of the completion of WCA’s warehouse & logistics facility which he designed and oversaw construction from 2023-2024. Over the span of his career, he’s been a computer programmer, business analyst, VP of Operations, Major Account Executive, and most recently as Executive Vice President.

Doug Moglin

Vice President of OEM Business

Doug Moglin started his career with Twinhead International Corporation where he was the Global OEM Director after stints in sales, customer services, and marketing. He joined WCA in 1998 as the Director of Product Development and served as the OEM Director for 10 years before moving into his current role as Vice President of OEM and Depot Services. Doug is very involved in our home community of Southwick and serves the Town of Southwick as a Selectman.  He also enjoys racquetball and pickleball and is a life-long New York Yankees fan. Doug and his wife, Mary, are very proud of their daughter who recently graduated from Carnegie Mellon University.

Bill Oleksak

VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & SERVICES

William “Bill” Oleksak began his career with Whalley Computer Associates in high school, gaining firsthand experience by working in the warehouse—an early foundation that shaped his deep understanding of the business. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in business management from Westfield State University. After graduation, he built up his sales expertise as an Inside Account Manager and worked his way up to Corporate Account Executive before expanding his industry experience at HPE, where he focused on their enterprise storage product lines. 


In 2022, he returned to WCA, bringing with him a strong blend of operational knowledge and enterprise technology sales experience. He quickly advanced from Director of Sales to Vice President of Sales & Services. In this role, he leads strategic sales initiatives and service excellence with a customer-focused, results-driven approach. 


Outside of work, Bill enjoys fishing, golfing, attending sporting events and concerts, and—most importantly—spending time with his family. He and his wife, Amanda, have three children: Kaylyn, Billy, and Haylee. Much of their time together is spent supporting their children’s sports activities and enjoying time as a family.




Patti Martin

As Controller at Whalley Computer Associates, Patti Martin leads the accounting department and oversees all areas of financial operations across the organization. Her responsibilities include managing accounting functions, producing and analyzing monthly financial statements and budgets, and providing financial support and guidance to teams throughout the company.


With a career spanning more than 30 years, she brings a unique blend of technology and accounting expertise. She began her professional journey in 1995 as a computer support representative for a company specializing in POS and accounting software. In that role, she worked closely with customers to install and implement hardware and software systems, deliver user training, lead seminars, and provide ongoing technical support.


In 2000, she transitioned into the accounting field, taking on a Controller position with a five-location retail organization. Since then, she has built more than 26 years of accounting leadership experience, with a strong specialization in retail operations. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Accounting from Westfield State University, providing a strong analytical foundation for her financial leadership and strategic decision-making.


Dean Leclerc

Dean Leclerc began his relationship with Whalley Computer Associates as a student of its founder, John Whalley, back when Whalley was still teaching in a public school—an experience that gave him a unique, foundational perspective on the company’s origins and values. He later attended Northeastern University, building a strong academic foundation in technology and innovation. 


Over the years, Dean has played a critical role in the company’s technical evolution and growth. As one of the three longest-tenured employees, his institutional knowledge is unmatched, bringing deep continuity, strategic insight, and technical leadership to the organization. In addition to his internal leadership, Dean currently serves on several partner technical advisory boards, helping strengthen strategic partnerships and influence technology direction. 


Today, as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Enterprise Client Solutions, he guides the company’s technology strategy while honoring the vision on which it was built.



AJ FitzGerald

AJ FitzGerald

Sr. Director of Professional Services

AJ Fitzgerald leads WCA's Managed Services, Professional Services, and Lifecycle Management practices — the teams responsible for delivering and evolving WCA's service capabilities across its customer base. With a career that spans IT leadership, enterprise sales, presales management, and services delivery, AJ brings a rare combination of technical depth and business perspective to the role.


Before stepping into his current position, AJ spent several years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Presales Manager, where he led and coached teams across the Northeast and played a central role in integrating HPE's Zerto acquisition into the presales motion — using the region as a pilot for the rest of North America. Earlier in his career, he held a Director of Professional Services role at WCA, as well as Director of IT at ICR Inc. and VP of IT at The Branford Industrial Group, giving him firsthand experience on the customer side of the technology decisions he now helps others make.


AJ holds a Master of Information Technology from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor's in Marketing and Computer Science from Quinnipiac University. He is based in Oxford, CT.


Mark Duarte

Helio “Mark” Duarte has been a valued member of Whalley Computer Associates since September 2008. Originally hired to help grow the Business Development department, he spent his early years making 80 to 100 prospecting calls each day. After repeatedly hearing his name mispronounced, he adopted "Mark," a shortened version of his middle name, which he has used professionally for the past 15 years.


In 2010, Mark transitioned into an Inside Sales Support role in Whalley's Milford, Massachusetts office, where he spent six years supporting the company's sales organization. He later accepted the role of Contract Manager, a position created following the retirement of longtime Director of Operations, Steve Cross. Embracing the unique challenges of the role, Mark helped strengthen and evolve the company's contract operations. Today, he serves as Director of Contracts, Marketing and Vendor Relationships, overseeing key business functions and strategic partnerships.


Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife, Caroline, and their two sons, Bradley and Oliver. Together, they share a passion for soccer (for which Mark is the coach!), swimming, and the occasional Fortnite competition.


Justin Martins

Justin Martins serves as Director of Sales at Whalley Computer Associates (WCA), where he leads WCA's Account Executive team and drives strategic sales initiatives that help organizations achieve their technology objectives. He oversees business development, cultivates executive relationships, and works closely with all of WCA's service teams to deliver innovative solutions across the technology stack.


With extensive experience in enterprise technology sales, Justin has built long-standing relationships with customers across healthcare, education, commercial, manufacturing, and the public sector. He specializes in developing technology roadmaps, managing complex procurement initiatives, and helping organizations align IT investments with business goals. Known for his collaborative leadership style and customer-first approach, Justin is passionate about building trusted partnerships and delivering measurable business outcomes.


Outside of work, Justin is married and the proud father of two children. He serves on two community boards in his hometown of Ludlow, Massachusetts, where he is committed to supporting local organizations and giving back to the community.


Alex Underwood

OEM Sales Director

Alex Underwood serves as OEM Sales Director, where he is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding key customer relationships, and driving business growth within the OEM market.


Alex brings more than 30 years of technology industry experience, including over 20 years as a Global Account Manager at Dell Technologies before joining WCA in 2023. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for helping organizations solve complex business challenges through strategic technology solutions and long-term customer partnerships.


Outside of his professional role, Alex serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer, advocating for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. As a court-appointed volunteer, he gets to know each child and the important people in their lives, helping provide the court with independent, informed recommendations that support the child’s best interests and long-term well-being.


Alex and his wife, Joy, have six grown children. At home, they enjoy spending time with their two Golden Retrievers, Vinny and Lilly, who are cherished members of the family.


Derek Catelotti

Director of Inventory & Logistics

Derek Catelotti serves as Director of Inventory and Logistics, overseeing inventory management, product movement, product security, and the stewardship of company assets. With more than 30 years of professional experience, including 20 years in service operations and 10 years in management roles, Derek brings a practical, process-driven approach to optimizing supply chain and logistics operations.


Throughout his career, Derek has played a key role in operational improvements and organizational growth. One of his notable accomplishments was helping lead the transition of product operations from Westfield to Southwick, while also contributing to the development of processes and software solutions that streamlined product movement between facilities and improved overall efficiency.


Derek's areas of expertise include inventory optimization, transportation management, warehouse operations, budget control, vendor relations, and continuous process improvement. His commitment to operational excellence helps ensure products move efficiently, securely, and cost-effectively throughout the organization.


He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and remains focused on leveraging technology and innovative processes to support company growth and customer success.


Chad Hebert

Chad is currently the Director of Service Operations and has been with the company since 2000. He joined the company as a Lead Technician at one of WCA’s Fortune 500 customers and was quickly promoted to the Service Manager for that account. Chad was responsible for delivering WCA services for this client nationally and managed daily operations ranging from Helpdesk and Deskside services to 24x7 Data Center support. As the Director of Service Operations, Chad’s focus is to manage all aspects of service delivery to our customers. Chad continues to assist with process and business improvement drawing on his years of experience. Chad currently has a Master’s in Business Administration, is certified in Project Management from PMI and holds a Green Belt in Six Sigma as well as a number of manufacturer specific certifications.
