Summary: Client had existing switches, Cisco Meraki router, and generic transceiver and desired a new Firewall solution. WCA proposed a SOW to analyze the existing infrastructure to propose the client's desired solution within their product preferences and budget.
Challenges: Within the product preferences of the client, WCA designed an SOW for the project including a new SonicWall NSA 2650 and transceiver module. WCA scheduled the facility installation with the clients approved timeline with minimal interruption to the school workflow.
Solution: WCA designed a plan for the complete replacement/upgrade within the product specifications and budget for the clients parameters.
Benefits : WCA's solution implemented at Town of West Springfield Library included the following details:
- The WCA assessment created a Scope of Work and work timeline for the discovery, testing, and implementation phases of this project
- Configured and installed SonicWall NSA 2650 and transceiver module
- Project was completed during the Covid-19 Pandemic, and all safety protocols were observed/followed
- Minimal interruption to the daily workflow and knowledge transfer final report to the network administrator
Project Results: The proposed Design was implemented and completed successfully.
