Since joining Whalley Computer Associates in 1998, Steve has held several key management and support positions prior to being named Director of Operations in 2002.

With a background of over 31 years in various project and contract management positions, Steve has extensive experience in the development and management of customer service issues,business management processes and vendor relations.

Prior to joining Whalley Computer in 1998, Steve spent the previous 21 years in the power generation industry in various project and contract management positions.
