From one central Web console we can monitor and proactively identify any network event quickly and easily. The basic function of Remote Network Services is to enable WCA to automate the support and maintenance of your critical devices, services and applications on your behalf. In addition to collecting information, RNS allows users to define specific criteria or thresholds that enable the system to make a determination on the quality of service based on the monitored data.
Designed Specifically for Managed Services
This is a solution that permits WCA to monitor and manage our customer’s networks while supporting the diverse needs of our entire customer base. Most of our customers have existing infrastructures such as firewalls, network address translation systems (NATS), private IP addressing schemes, proxy servers and IP masqueraders. This requires a solution that seamlessly and securely integrates into any environment without reconfiguration of customer networks or dependencies on external VPN solutions.
