Product Storage, Delivery and Deployment

Whalley Computer Associates will hold product in stock for your exclusive use at no cost to assure timely delivery of your orders. Our only stipulation is that existing stock be exhausted before changing models or choosing a new vendor. Whalley Computer Associates Account Executives will help you manage the stock to avoid EOL overages or high demand backorders.

Typically we stock enough product to accommodate two to four weeks of a company’s average purchase volume. By stocking product, WCA can provide next day delivery. If we have copies of your standard images and you place an emergency order of your stocked product by 2PM, it can be imaged, delivered and functioning on your end user’s desk within two business days. Our Account Executives would be delighted to discuss the details of this program.

Large Product Rollouts – Buy in Bulk - Store at WCA – Deliveries When Needed

Most of our customers do not have the extra space needed to securely store and efficiently deploy large quantities of products. Since WCA is located in rural Southwick, Massachusetts where property values and wages are significantly lower than most other areas of New England, we are able to store large quantities of our customers’ products and deliver them “just in time” to keep the project moving.

Without the burden of finding secure space for the product in your building, you can enjoy the benefit of volume discounts on one large order, being assured that the entire product is from the same generation. You can order the product a little early to secure timely arrival, making certain there are no product related delays.
