The first step we take in our reactive service approach is to attempt to solve the problem via the internet from our Data Center. If we are unable to restore your systems operations through this means we will dispatch a highly skilled technician to your location to perform the traditional on-site services. The technician or engineer who is sent will come well prepared, having gained from step 1, first hand knowledge of the nature of your issue and the materials required to resolve it.
WCA employs nearly 70 technical resources who have achieved a wide variety of certifications in both general and specialized applications. We invest nearly two million dollars per year in personnel and another half a million in training to ensure that our people remain apprised of all industry changes, and have the knowledge and skills necessary to efficiently meet the challenges of our ever-advancing IT environment.
In addition to the service programs described above, WCA also offers discounted blocks of time to customers who frequently require our services. If your company does not utilize repair services often enough to justify the investment in Managed Services, or blocks of time, Whalley Computer Associates can offer repair services on a per call, time and materials basis. Each of these service programs provides the quickest response with the highest quality repairs available in your region. In most instances, our WCA technicians are dispatched the same or next day, even if a company is not under a contract and may not make use of our services on a regular basis.
