Success in a Health Service Environment |
In July of 1997, Whalley Computer Associates was contracted by this central Massachusetts customer
to deploy and support desktop systems. Services included image, delivery and setup of the computer and data
transfer, if needed. Whalley Computer Associates maintains two onsite technicians for desktop deployment
and warranty services. Past projects include:
- Populated a remote campus with 200 desktop systems and printers. Staff of three Whalley Computer Associates technicians worked with IS staff on scheduled deployment.
- Year 2000 Rollout - Staff of six Whalley Computer Associates technicians worked with IS staff to deploy over 1,500 systems in an eight month period, which included scheduled installs to directed departments by IS staff.
- Compaq Proliant Servers - Whalley Computer Associates currently provides all Compaq Servers to this customer, the process includes research, quoting and delivery of complete Compaq Proliant line.
Currently Whalley Computer Associates is the prime vendor for this customer.
