Whalley Computer Associates has a team of Failure Analysis Specialists who examine products that fail and advise the manufacturer on how to avoid these problems in future models. The team has a 9 PM conference call every Wednesday night to update the manufacturer on the previous week’s findings. Although our failure analysis team is focused on products used by one of our largest customers. Their knowledge and experience is a tremendous resource for all our technicians. We are not aware of any other computer resellers in the country that have such resources.
