Whalley Computer Associates offers service contracts with on-site response times of two, four and eight hours. We offer a variety of options to assure that you have the coverage that best fits you needs. You can choose a full service contract to cover specific pieces of your equipment for a predetermined cost or have a blanket contract where all products are covered and each repair cost is deducted from the initial deposit.
The coverage is available during normal business hours, extended business hours and on a 7 X 24 basis. During unusually high incidences of repairs, top priority is guaranteed to our full service contract customers.
Our 7x24 service pricing has changed service from something most companies couldn’t afford to where now they are losing money if they don’t select it. The $2,400 to enroll in our 7x24 service program is a fraction of what most companies lose in, personnel costs, comp-time and lost productivity.
