Whalley Computer Associates offers a wide variety of service options at very competitive rates. WCA employs 28 engineers with a variety of skill levels, experiences and certifications. Our dispatcher matches the complexity of your problem with a technician that has the appropriate experience and skill level to successfully resolve your problem in the least possible time and at the lowest cost possible.
WCA charges one way travel time to your company from our closest office. WCA has service centers in Milford, Southwick and Worcester Massachusetts.
Our engineer’s rates are based on their years of experience; time at WCA and the number and types of certifications they possess. They range from $40 to $160 per hour.
Don’t be deceived by an engineer’s hourly rate. Often the engineer’s with the highest rate do the complex jobs in a fraction of the time and cost than that of a less experienced one. WCA takes pride in our dispatchers ability to match the appropriate technical level to the task to provide the lowest total cost per repair.
