Several of Whalley Computer’s largest companies have integrated WCA personnel into their help desk team. In every case, WCA was also part of the on-site break fix team. This arrangement fosters an efficient environment where the end-users could not distinguish the WCA technicians from their own.

| Help Desk at WCA |
You can call WCA’s help desk to quickly solve hardware and software Issues over the phone. This approach reduces down time and the cost is less than half of an on-site visit. Many of our customers install a remote access card that enhances our ability to resolve problems without an on-site visit. If the problem can not be solved remotely, we will dispatch a technician.

| Total Solution Center |
WCA offer the Total Solution Center (TSC) help desk. This program offers 7x24 hardware and software support. If a resolution can not be found remotely, a technician will be dispatched.
