Whalley Computer Associates offers a wide variety of service options at very competitive rates. WCA employs 80 technicians with a variety of skill levels and experiences. Our dispatcher matches the complexity of your problem with a technician that has the appropriate experience and skill level to successfully resolve your problem in the least time possible.
WCA charges one way travel time to your company from our closest office. WCA has service centers in Milford and Southwick Massachusetts.
Our technician’s rates are based on their years of experience; time at WCA and the number and types of certifications they possess. Our technician’s rates range from $30 to $89 per hour.
Don’t be deceived by a technician’s or an engineer’s hourly rate. Often the professional with the highest rate does the complex jobs in a fraction of the time and cost than a less experienced technician. WCA takes pride in our dispatchers ability to match the appropriate technical level to the task to provide the lowest total cost per repair.
