Communication Solutions Partners (CSP) is a newly formed competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) and is an affiliated company of Whalley Computer Associates. CSP will provide many of the basic services of a telecom company, such as local and national calling plans, as well as Internet and data services. “We created CSP because our customers demand one company that can provide one source for telecommunications and computer network products and services,” said Paul Whalley, President of Communication Solutions Partners.
While 2002 brought many changes to the telecom landscape; most of these changes were not necessarily good or right for customers. CSP plans to change that. “Many businesses are looking for a flexible, responsive, financially stable company that will treat them as valued customers.” Said Paul Whalley. “We have been involved with the convergence of the telecom and computer industries for several years and realize that we are uniquely qualified to support customers who were looking for a local, financially strong, customer-driven company to fulfill those needs. Many of the companies that we have partnered with in the past are no longer financially stable enough to recommend to our customers with confidence. We believe that now is the ideal time for us to offer these products ourselves.”
CSP is a new company with new ideas. And, a natural fit for Whalley Computer. “We have been consulting and providing telecom solutions for many of our customers for over five years. Providing those solutions through our company, CSP, rather than referring our customers to other telecom companies, was the next logical step to ensure our customer’s satisfaction for the long term,” said Dean Leclerc, Vice President of Communication Solutions Partners.
