| In September 1985 Paul Whalley left his position as a Cobol programmer at MassMutual Life Insurance Company to join his brother John, becoming Whalley Computer’s fourth full time employee and its' first full time outside sales person. The acquisition of customers such as Northeast Utilities, United Technologies, General Electric and Cigna helped fund the company’s rapid growth.
Prior to working at MassMutual, Paul was a physical education teacher for eight years and was a fifth and sixth grade math and Science teacher for three years.
Paul started Whalley’s Studio of Photography to pay for his college education. He gained valuable business experience photographing weddings and handling all aspects of business. His wife Bonnie joined him as the business grew and prospered as a part time venture for over twelve years.
In 1986, Paul was promoted to Regional Sales Manager At Whalley Computer Associates. In 1987, the company’s rapid growth requiring additional management, Paul was named Vice President of Whalley Computer Associates.
Currently Paul’s major focus is on the sales performance, the quality of WCA service and the satisfaction of all of Whalley Computer’s Diversified Accounts customers and the employees that service them..
