| Keith joined Whalley Computers in 1987 as a service/repair technician. In 1989, Keith was requested to take over the Service Contract Program. Soon after he was asked to start instructing classes in Lotus 123 and Word Perfect. He eventually took over the Training Department in 1991. Keith continued dividing his time between Service Contract and Training until 1998 when he was promoted to Director of Training. His primary responsibilities include organizing training schedules at WCA and at any client’s site, as well as developing new training programs. Whalley Computer Associates is capable to take over most office desktop training programs and has seen a large interest of clients looking to outsource their training. WCA is currently the training vender at UMass Memorial Health Care and Medical School. Keith developed Corporate Training packages, which were developed to offer discounted training for different group sizes during a six-month period. Another program developed by Keith is the "e-learning classes" (training available at any time over the Internet) for the clients who are to busy to attend Instructor led classes. |
